Irresponsible service.
You substituted a part that doesn't fit. I am told the part I need is no longer being manufactured. Why would you do that and not tell me you were going to. Same thing with the heat diffusers. Totally irresponsible.

Heavy Duty
Love it, this is my second one in about 10 years. I use this mostly for grilling steak so it's usually on the highest settings. It did take me a minute to find my model # and thanks goodness I online chatted with a Sears rep
