DAMAGED FREEZER GASKET
Arrived in an opened nasty damaged box. The gasket magnet wouldn't hold, had to add thin film of vaseline to keep freezer closed. Poor product.

Super easy to install
This is a remove and replace easy job. My only concern with the whole project was the method of shipping as the gasket was loose and crumpled in the box when received. However, it was not damaged.

Magnetism Gone!
I bought a freezer seal for a Kenmore refrigerator. The original seal started to leak, causing the door open alarm to beep incessantly. I thought, "Easy, replace the seal." Unfortunately, Sears does not keep the replacement magnetic parts against metal. (Magnets that are left in free air lose their magnetism unless they are maintained against a magnetic surface.) So the replacement seal arrived with no magnetism. Same exact problem as the unit I was replacing, the door would not seal and the alarm keeps going off. I didn't both to return it because the shipping cost to send it back was about what I paid for it. But very disappointed that Sears did not find a way to maintain a replacement magnet in a way that preserved it.

Replace old freezer door gasket
It was easy to install -- it took about 5 minutes However, it took three weeks for parts delivery at standard shipping. Nonetheless, it was out of stock elsewhere.
