Poor communication and followup
Order was delayed so I called to cancel it. After agreeing to do so they sent item twice and. Still have not refunded. I'm shipped parts back and am still waiting for the promised refund.

DID NOT RECEIVE ALL OF ORDER
I have not been able to use the hose because the W10685193 Dishwasher Water Inlet Valve Adapter that should have been in the same box was not. The order number is order W089970. I tried calling, no answer, I tried email, no reply. I had to order from another vendor and the part should be here today. I need a refund for the part, tax and shipping.
