Solenoid is very load

Old solenoid had split somehow while the chute door hindge broke on on one side, easy to remove and replace, problem I'm having now is thank goodness for horrible communication on sears behalf they had actually sent me two of each so I'll change to the second one (solenoid) and see if its any better
