Replacement chute for Whirlpool Elite ice machine

Recheck the chute you sent thinking that the 1st one was missing a piece, but found that it wasn't so didn;t need the 2nd chute. Returned chute to you for restock - piece new and never used. Thanks so much for the prompt shipment and clarifying in my mind what was what! Delivery was prompt and returned it the next day! Machine back to working order and didn't need to replace fridg!

horrible returned both orders casue wrong parts

had to return both orders only received one credit for one of the 2 returns, being wrong part sent both times. horrible service wont recommend sears parts direct since cant sent correct parts. and even more so doesnt process refunds.
