I'm sure it works with the right dishwasher, but when I entered my Dishwasher model number, this came up. Looks almost identical but 1/2 cm too big and won't turn when spraying

Poor customer service
Placed my order. Received email a few days later stating the part was on 1 month backorder. I called immediately to cancel. Sears couldn't cancel my order. After several phone calls, emails and waiting on the arrival of the part, I eventually saw a refund of the part only but not the shipping cost.
