The LG Refrigerator Compressor maintains consistent cooling by circulating refrigerant throughout the system. A failing compressor can cause issues such as the refrigerator not cooling properly, excessive cycling, or unusual noises.
Signs of a faulty compressor include warm temperatures inside the fridge, loud clicking or buzzing sounds, or the unit running constantly without cooling effectively. Replacing the compressor can restore proper operation and prevent further damage to the refrigeration system.
A qualified technician should perform this repair to ensure safety and compliance with repair standards. Always use genuine LG parts to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
Yes easy , I do commercial refrigeration , that said the compressor was supposed to be on warranty sears wanted to send a guy in a week to tell me what I know for $184.00 then order it for following week so I paid $385.00 out of pocket and got it with no SIM card for software rewriter and just terrible people on the phone , shame on Sears , I was raised on Sears products, will never buy again from them , I always recommended them to people in the past , won't ever again
