Fits good. However the bottom quick connect is 1/4 inch. On my ice machine the original pipe is 3/8. Therefore I had to do some modifications on the ice machine

Check you water line size first!!

The water vale would have been a 10 minute fix if the replacement valve had the same size water line fittings as the broken valve. My original valve had 5/16 inlet (blue) water lines and 1/4 (yellow) outlet water lines which were quick connect fittings and would be an easy fix. When I went to install the replacement valve, both inlet and outlet water line connectors were for 1/4 inch. This caused me to have to take an unexpected trip to the hardware store and pick up some quick connect fittings (reducer from 5/16 to 1/4, a 1/4 elbow and some 1/4 line. Also these cost an extra $16 and change. So I'm sure there is a replacement valve with the 5/16 inlet but I had already waited a week to get the part and didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to order another and send this one back. So when you are looking at the original valve, make sure you check the color of the connectors and match it to your replacement part. BUT after installing the new valve, my icemaker is running like new and maybe better than before.

Part has been revised from OEM

The water inlet size is smaller than the OEM version I replaced. It required me to do some modification and using older parts to make it work but it did fix my ice maker problem.

Correct part, on time shipping... Slight damage

The part arrived on time but when I opened it I found no packing material or protection of any kind around this $100+ water valve. The box was smashed a bit and some plastic was broke off the valve and a part had come off that I was able to put back on. I expect better from Sears. Thankfully the valve still functioned.
