Easy installation. Problem with delivery.
Ordered on March 2, 2021. While looking at the part online, the screen said "In Stock." So I placed it in the cart. After checkout, I was told the part was on "BackOrder." Gee whiz! Why didn't the first screen say "BackOrder?" Now Sears was nice in that they sent me an email almost every week saying the Water Reservoir was still on "BackOrder." Hey, I'm a patient guy, so I waited. Then I got an email dated July 28, 2021, saying the part had been shipped. Hooray! Then I clicked on the Tracking to get an estimated delivery date, and lo and behold, it said the part had been "Delivered." Sure enough, there it was at the door on July 28, 2021. Sears, your system needs help.
