Easy to install

Receive the package on time and it was so easy to install. I followed the video instructions from Sears online. It took just 5 minutes to open and install. Remove the knob, two screws and cable.

Replacement part is not the same as the original.

The original part was replaced and the replacement did not fit. The little tab that holds it in is longer than the original and the original is no longer available. We sent it back. I found a used one on line that is exactly the same part.

Very difficult to install.

Took 1- 1.5 hours. Additionally I was provided with the wrong part. It did not match the the original. Furthermore it did not fix the problem. Finally, cost of item was exorbitant.
