Great service and parts
We tried to buy one from another dealer...bad mistake. It was more expensive, was the wrong part, and their return policies made it more expensive to return the part than just keep it (too light for a door stop, though. They SearsDirect part was perfect and, had it not been, we could have returned it. I verified the part before buying by talking to a friendly customer service representative.

Easy to Install
The first one should not have fallen to the floor in the first place, but the replacement door bin was identical to what I was looking for. I actually bought two (this isn't the first replacement I have purchased). Having this "insurance policy", I'm sure it will outlast the refrigerator! lol

Glad I was able to find it.
My kenmore fridge is about 11 years old and my daughter knocked the door tray on the floor and it cracked in multiple places. I was worried since sears isn't around anymore and the fridge is a bit old I wouldn't be able to find a match, but I sure did. The part matched perfectly and came really quick. It was a bit pricey but I was glad to have the replacement.

Arrived damaged
Everything was fine with my order except the cost is exorbitant, it took a long time to ship and it just arrived with a small piece broken off! The shipping box had NO PACKING material whats so ever! Other than that, the part was easy to find on the website and the rep for the chat room was good.

Damaged Refrigerator bins
I ordered three refrigerator bins. All three had cracks on both sides and the cracks continued length-wide across the bottom of the bins. New replacement bins are being sent.
