Wrong part
I gave you the error code, and you sent me this part. While this part does go on my fridge, it is not the part that addresses the ER RF error code, forcing me to try again with (hopefully) the correct part and taking longer for my fridge to be repaired. I would expect Sears to know how to diagnose error codes on Kenmore-branded products.

Fixed the problem but'.
This part fixed the issue, but it should have been free and covered by a recall. After searching many people had the same issue. Sears, Lg, Kenmore should have covered the cost to replace their faulty part in the first place.
