My problem is not so much with the part, but with your diagnosis. Yes, the error code indicated a motor problem, but there were other possibilities. I will be talking to your technicians today about what the real problem is. AND, you shipped this part in a box without any packaging. I think a delicate part like a motor should have at least some.

Once again, Inread the error code to the sales manager (ER RF). Once again, they sent a part that does not fix that error. I am never buying a Kenmore or Craftsman product again, nor am I ever contracting with Sears again, since they obviously have zero interest in providing customer service on their own products.

Wrong part

Unable to install, because the part was not the same fitting as the one we were replacing. We have spoken to LG, Sears and another parts place that indicate that this is the correct part and no other available to replace it. So we are buying a new refrigerator Many Thanks!

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!!!

I told Sears what my error code was, they told me what part I needed, still have the same error code. I called Sears back, took 32 minutes, and SEVEN different people and all I got was I'm sorry. I asked for a full refund, no one could do that, I asked for a partial refund, sorry, can't do that either. I thought Sears would have wanted to keep me in the Kenmore Elite family, nope! Called Nebraska Furniture Mart, spent $3,495 for a new refrigerator. NFM had EXCELLENT customer service. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SEARS APPLIANCE, EVER!!!

Help of you tube it solved noise problem but hd to end up calling technical person from seats due to insufficient cooling. They ssy evaporator leaking. Just had compressor replaced 5 months ago. Refrig 6 years. Kenmore make with LG parts. Beware of what you buy

WRONG PART

The part your service rep ordered for me was the wrong part. It doesn't even fit for model fridge we have. I gave the model number and even described the part I needed and he recommended that I need a new motor so he ordered it without showing me a picture of the part. I thought he knew what he was doing since I gave him all the model information.

Shipped used part...eventually resolved!

I preface these comments by stating the problems I had were with the supplier. The first item received was obviously used, from the grease on the fan to the torn and open packaging. I was required to return by UPS requiring an unexpected trip to one of their business centers. Although I had paid an exorbitant shipping fee for an expedited delivery, nobody wants to wait for parts while your refrigerator is down! The replacement didn't arrive for 5 days after my complaint. When I asked for a refund on shipping I was offered a reduced rate to the standard rate! Needless to say I told them I'll let my credit card company fight it out. They came around to my way of thinking after that. The new part that arrived was relatively straightforward to install and seems to be working perfectly.
