Couldn't install. Wrong part sent - twice.

It WOULD have been easy to install if it was the right part. Unfortunately neither of the parts I was sent was the right one! Don't trust "replacement" parts even if you give the model and serial number. ALWAYS demand the original part number and order that. It will save a LOT of frustration!
