It took longer to find my tools than it did to replace the timer. The whole operation took less than 5 minutes. There are two parts. ASK BEFORE ORDERING Originally, ordered a series 10 timer. The timer would not shut off even when the door was opened. The representative helped me with a return for the wrong part and order for the new part. New part arrived. Works well and the price was the best I could find on the net. Chat worked out GREAT! Your representatives were very helpful.
