Not hard to install and all pieces came together.

I took the old bucket and auger assembly out and made sure what was sent was correct. I had to remove 2 screws from the old unit and re-use them on the new piece. Everything fit perfectly and looked exactly like the original parts.

When ordering the part off the website it showed "in stock". Once ordered it showed back ordered and took almost 90 days to arrive. This was the part needed to repair the ice cube dispenser in the refrigerator. If the web site showed "Not available" I could have avoided almost three months of yelling at people to wash their hands before reaching in to grab ice. The part works fine but do not trust their web site to determine if the part is actually in stock. They also have no way to expedite parts if they are out of stock either. I will find another source in the future!
