the photo shows 2 parts but it only came wiht 1 drawer slide.

Easy to install but...

This little plastic part had broken and the slide out drawer under the stove came off its rails everytime it was opened. What should have been a 1 minute repair got more 'complicated' by the lack of a mounting screw. I had to go to a hardware store to to get the screw. Why not include it?

I couldn't find the part online so I used the chat option to get help and was delighted how helpful the guy I worked with online was... my only complaint is that the picture shows two pieces and I even asked if two pieces would come and was told yes, but there was only one in the bag.
