Issue resolved.
Oven was not heating to temperature set. After reading discussions from others regarding the same problem I replaced the thermostat and the controller board, which was straightforward and that resolve my issue. As per the troubleshooting manual, I tested components using a multi-meter and the controller board was the only unit that did not meet the manufacturers requirement. In addition I noticed a burn mark on the connection going to the broiler on the controller board and I concluded that it was not initiating the broiler, thus oven not able to reach temperatures.
