Electric oven bake element for Amana (Whirlpool)
After I watched the "how-to-replace-a-bake-element" video -- found on YouTube -- it was relatively easy to replace the old bake element with the good new one provided by Sears. The main challenge was unscrewing the two screws that held the oven floor in place. It took some new methods to break those Philips-head screws loose.

Packaging came destroyed
So far, it is working well which is good since I didn't even have to open the packaging as it was destroyed by the time it showed up. Unit was just sitting in a cardboard box, nothing protecting anything.

Maytag Range Bake Element
The replacement of the Maytag range bake element was simple. I watched a youtube demonstration prior to starting. I had contacted a local repair shop and waited for two weeks for them to call that the part had arrived. Since the part was not shipped, I ordered the part myself and it took less than 10 minutes to replace the element and was shipped the next day.
