Wrong part twice
I ordered a crisper drawer, having spent an astonishingly long time getting towards an actual person. It came. It was the wrong size. Another endless time on the phone. I was told the right part would be sent. It wasn't. I then had to return both drawers and patch up the old one with tape because I don't trust that Sears can send me the right size.

Center Bar for Crisper Drawers
The technician I worked with sounded like he knew the part I needed. However, when the Whirlpool part that was substituted for my Kenmore refrigerator came, it was almost 2 inches too short, didn't look anything like the part, and the part number was incorrect. When I called to return the wrong part, I was told my part wasn't even being manufactured anymore and the Whirlpool part should not have been sent.

Good service but expensive
I am very satisfied with the prompt delivery of the part but it is expensive and once you add the shipping and the tax, the price almost doubled up.
