Waste of time and money

I placed the order and it sat in pre-shipment for a week. I called to get the status and was told that it would arrive in 3 weeks. The next day I got an email saying it was backordered with no projected ship date and I could cancel if I wanted to. I responded and said I wanted to cancel. A week later I got a response that said I couldn't cancel because it had already shipped (I had already sourced the part elsewhere). It arrived 2 days later and was the wrong part. I mailed the return today, and later received an email with a tracking number for the ORIGINAL shipment. I don't know if I am going to be reimbursed for the original OR return shipping. So... three weeks of my life, $17 in shipping, and a trip to the UPS store, I still have a broken oven.
