Part was listed as in stock when ordered. Next day it was out of stock with no estimate of shipment, so I called to cancel and bought a full lock assembly from a store 15 minutes from me. (got to wash clothes) The parts were shipped anyway, 2 days after calling and cancelling. Advice- dont do business with this company.
