They set the wrong part even after extensive research.
He said it would work, the shifter in the front of the case mine is on the side. The clutch and lock so wrong if I modify it it will not have a locking break. Over 700 down the drain

Transaxle replacement
Installation was about 1-1/2 hours .I used a cherry picker to lift the back of the Lawn Tractor up and replacing it was easy going.

K46BT for Craftsman DYS4500
Took about 1.5 hours. The front mount screws self tap into new trans. I forgot to put on the belt guide. It will also self tap, but does not look easily done.
