Very Easy to Install
After seeing the agitator spinning intermittently, I popped off the top of the agitator and saw that some of the teeth were worn. Removed the screw and the agitator was easily removed. Placed the new agitator on and buttoned up everything.

Not hard at all basic hand tools needed. Replace more than i may have but always better safe than sorry.
