Purchased this tray to replace the one that cracked after the microwave was run without anything in it by mistake. The tray got very hot and when pulled out of oven onto cold stove top, it cracked. Called the phone number inside the microwave and received excellent service and information from the person at the call center. I thought the price was a little spendy but less money than purchasing a whole new unit!
