Told my my order was cancelled when it wasn't

Called to cancel my order when I realized the item was backordered. They said the order was cancelled and I ordered from a competitor. Then a week after receiving the item from the competitor, I got an email from Sears about it still being backordered, so I submitted a web form asking if it was really cancelled. Got no response, then a week later an email saying my order shipped. Ended up having to dispute the charge on my card. Don't work with Sears, there's a reason they're failing. Two stars because after 3 weeks I did eventually get my parts (that I tried so desperately not to get).
