Hopefully it will be durable this time
The CSR did a great job helping me identify which part I needed. The construction of this part, however, is flimsy and ill-fitting, i.e. NOT DURABLE. Whatever mold they use to produce it is about 1/4 inch too short on each side. So it's not wide enough to get supported by the brackets on the fridge walls as completely as it needs to. Consequently, we cannot use it as a shelf and a drawer. It's prone to the frame cracking. So we just lost one shelf's worth of space in our fridge.

Easy to install

The sliding mechanism for the drawer underneath the shelf had broke. This part was exactly what we needed because it includes the sliding mechanism. Delivery was quick and it was easy to install.

Easy to Install
Very easy to install. Just empty the old shelves/drawer then slide in the new shelf/drawer. However, the drawer guide on the shelf is designed/built poorly which is the reason for the replacement. Only had the refrigerator a few months when the original drawer guide broke. Had to replace the whole shelf with drawer guide.

Great Service
Part was exactly what I needed to fix the sliding drawer, the right side portion broke off when my daughter forces the drawer down, and it broke. I also emptied the space under the drawer to install the new drawer, also cleaned the surfaces while nothing was in the way. Part was shipped out and received within 2 days, during Christmas shipping very impressive.
