Pretty close to plug and play.

I was surprised that I had to reuse the grey plastic retainer tab from the original even though your picture shows that it is included in the part. It took me 20 minutes to install because my original retainer screws that hold the door to the assembly was too rusty to reuse. Very satisfied and wife is pleased. That's what counts.
