wrong Part
Your agent or your order picker sent me the wrong part, which took almost two weeks to arrive. I the called back to explain and gave another agent the same information I gave the first guy. Hopefully when I receive this in about two weeks it will be the right part. And to add insult to injury they then wanted me to take this part to UPSand ship it back to you. From the looks of this part which cost me over thirty eight dollars it it probably cost you about five dollars to produce. This was a horrible experience and clears up in my mind why Sears is going out of business. and one other thing your agent has yet to send me an order confirmation and tracking number. GREAT SERVICE!
