The grille had to be cut where a piece of the plastic had not been cut all the way. It was a process. It took awhile to cut it off and then put it on the refrigerator. As much as it cost it should have been cut out right.

It was very disappointing. I told the person who took the order what he needed to know to order the part - serial number etc. The part that came does not fit my refrigerator. There was no paperwork inside the box. I have no idea how to return the incorrect part. It cost $61.54 and I can't use it.
