Product Ordered Not What Arrived
I ordered a replacement gasket for the door of my Kenmore Elite refrigerator which is a stainless finish with grey door gaskets that match the exterior. I ordered this replacement gasket by phone with a very polite representative who told me more than once that the gasket would be grey to match my unit even though the gasket that was pictured online was white. I was told that my model number would specify which color gasket would be shipped and I would get a grey one. Well, after waiting 2 weeks due to a mistake in the shipping address, the gasket that came was white. I am very annoyed and disappointed and may return this item.

Very easy to install
Refrigerator door gasket replacement was exceptionally easy! I have replaced a few over the years and was nor really looking forward to this one but it took less than five minutes.. Purchase was quick, reasonable and an exact replacement part.

Perfect Fit to Fix Problem

Easy to install
It took me 2 minutes to replace the refrig's water filter and 10 minutes to replace the refrig door gasket. It didn't provide any instruction but I was able to get it on youtube!
