Poor experience

The carburetor rebuild kit had three parts that were not compatible with my garden tractor. The float was too big, the needle valve was too big and the float retaining pin was too big. I called parts direct and was told that the kit was "generic" and if the parts didn't fit, I could order the individual parts, which I did. When I received the individual parts, the float was correct, the float retaining pin was correct, but instead of a needle valve I received a single engine intake valve! No needle valve. My tractor is still down. Very poor service. I am still waiting for a promised return envelope for the parts I cannot use. I am looking elsewhere for a needle valve. Very frustrated and disappointed. Used to get excellent service from Sears Parts Direct.
