Incorrect part
Even tho this was to be the correct part using the model number, it slips off rollers when spinning. It works so I'll have to deal with it cause can't afford to keep ordering until the so-called, "correct part" arrives. Gave a two star cause it's still usable.

Surprised that I was able to get parts for this o!
We broke the glass platter in our old microwave that we love, and we were very pleasantly surprised to find the replacement was still available. Sears is the best!!

Great overall experience
The item that broke was easy to find a replacement for at the Sears parts website. We were able to identify the item needed, it arrived in only 3-4 days, and it fits exactly like the old one that accidentally broke. Couldn't be happier with the service from Sear parts.
