Still waiting for help
I called the day after Thanksgiving with the problem - told the part would be ordered and the technician would be scheduled to come out per the maintenance agreement. I called 2 weeks later to find out the part was NOT ordered The top rack was ordered and is sitting in my kitchen waiting for installation by a technician. Today is December 27 - it's been over 4 weeks when this started.

Horrible experience
Everything about this process was miserable. From the very RUDE costumer service agent, to the ordering process and then after being assured that the part was the correct one, we received the WRONG item. Returned item for a credit but have not heard anything back.

Incomplete
There was nothing saying that you had to order the wheels separately. It was too expensive especially when wheels were over $16 each. No luck trying to return the part with a phone call. It was easier and more economical to buy a new dishwasher.

SOMEWHERE IN TIME B & B
The dish rack alone was most simple.....however, the hardware arrived separately in a box without any directions. Simple, no. Thank God for a family member who was able to figure it out.
