This is the third time I have tried to review. The reviewers will not let me comment on "shipment and fulfillment," so I will only say that the freezer door gasket is hopelessly deformed and damaged. Will apply for a refund. Also, web page ordering process was difficult. Website was down, and I was invited to return 24 hours later, when I would be given a 10 percent discount. When I returned, the discount code was "invalid." Phone rep said to call back later for the discount. Now, I need to call back to see if they will actually ship something that will work. These gaskets are very expensive - you would think they would make sure that the customer receives something that they can use. I also am concerned that the reviews are rejected when they are negative.
