Poor customer service
The item that was sent was not the correct one. It turns out after many phone call that the part I needed was no longer being made and I would have to try to find it on the Internet. I would have appreciated being told that from the get go instead of having to call the corporate offices. Poor customer service!!

Great Replacement
I have had my grill for at least 15 years and now parts are the hard part to find. I love that I can still find certain items and this is one of them.
