Works great
Easy to put on. Works as expected. Fixed the F09, E01 error. 4 stars bc the package arrived damaged and they did not have it protected very well, just a piece of plastic wrap. If it had air bubbles, they were deflated. The two tabs that hold the electrical connectin inplace were busted. Had to zip tie it.

Poor Packaging / extra odd parts shipped
Ordered a washer machine pump replacement. Paid extra for expedited shipping but the improved it by only one day? Didn't ship on the friday that I ordered it. Large box for a small pump, no packing material in the box so a tab broke off the pump as it was rolling around during shipment. There were three other parts in the box that I didn't order and had nothing to do with my washer machine? Very sub-par experience.

Worked like a charm! Be sure to drain the water out before beginning the pump change, though. YouTube is the best thing since sliced bread!

Easy fix but poor packaging
I was surprised at how easy it was to replace the drain pump. Of course, the pump is located in an inconvenient place, but once I had the back cover off, it took maybe 30 minutes to do the job. Part arrived promptly and the price was good. Taking off two stars because the packaging was poor--just a small piece of bubble wrap--and, as others have mentioned, the place where the electric wires connect was broken. This doesn't affect any function, but it's never good to receive even a slightly damaged part.
