Online parts ordering service- Incorrect AGAIN!

I received the wrong part AGAIN. On this second go round I was online with Kyleigh. She informed me of a "vendor issue" for me getting the wrong parts. I gave her ALL requested information, as well as additional date of manufacture info. Well I just got around to opening the parts box up and its a Six pin control board, when I specifically mentioned to Kyleigh that mine was a five pin. I'll be getting online and requesting a return postage for this wrong part AGAIN, and probably just asking to be refunded.... Unbelievably frustrated with incompetence......
