Knob miracle

After spending a whole day looking everywhere for a knob for my sears dryer which is 45 years old I was excited to find a knob was made by another company which did the job. I used Sears direct parts website to order a timer knob for my GE dryer. I didn't have the part number but with Directpart website I found the right part immediately! And the part arrived quickly. The repair was easy and only required me fit the timing knob onto the exposed stem. My dryer works and I saved money by not hiring a repair man.
