Installation easy! Returns & Refunds NOT GOOD!!
Our experience with installing the part was easy! But, my husband is a contractor so he has knowledge of this type of installation. The worst thing about this part has been the shipping and return. We received 3 parts and was told we hit the ordering button 3 times. Not really sure we did but OK. Then we were charged 3 times, which was NOT OK! Called the return number and talked to 3 different people trying to get return labels and refunds. It still has not happened and we are out $800.00 dollars. Be really careful when ordering online!!!
