I have the part that turns the auger to dispense the ice. I gave the parts person the model of my refrigerator and told her what I needed she was able to locate the part and number . She had it sent to me and it works. Perfectly

Took a bit to get the old coupler off the shaft without damaging the motor gearbox assembly. Toughen up. Sears this is why you are failing, Everyone needs to quit/stop making covid excuses for their POOR and SLOOOOW services. I will recommend the product but not the vender.
