Arrived very poorly packed, bent, with two earlier mailing labels underneath my address. I nearly didn't try to install it. But 'Kim' at Sears Parts helpline assured me that Sears had my back -- they would replace it if it didn't function correctly. I bent it back (the coil itself AND metal face bracket) and installed, It worked beautifully.
