Fixed the problem
Only one of the two elements on my left rear element would heat. Either the switch or the element was bad. Ordered the switch, it arrived quickly, and was easy to install. Fixed the element issue

Not easy to install. No instructions
Received part and it looked nothing like the original part and there were no instructions on how to go from the old switch to the new switch. As you can see from the picture of the item there are two wires included with the part. Had to do intensive online research to try and install this item. Was able to find instructions from another site and hoped that it would work. Only used one of the wires and it seems to work. They need to include instructions for installation with part. Also 1 week after I bought the part it went down in price quite a bit.
