Good Service - Poor Part Design

Ordering and delivery of the two screws was fine. Very good and helpful service. But once the screws arrived, one of them was bent. It was useable, but kept wobbling as it was turned in. Both have some weird thread characteristic that makes them nearly impossible to remove or insert - they're not quite round, and turn very hard. Probably why both the old ones broke off.
