I bought a lower dishwasher rack for my 11 year old Sears Kenmore Elite dishwasher. I used the online chat to assist in insuring I had the right part number. I bought the dishwasher rack. It was expensive but I wanted to make sure that it would fit and I could use my existing wheels on the rack. The rack was delivered to my house in 2-3 days, which was much sooner than expected. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Lower rack for Kenmore dishwasher. installed in ten minutes, due to having to transfer trolley wheels from old rack to new. Very happy with product. I was concerned that it was expensive, but it was needed.

the first order was a control panel for a KitchenAid dishwasher. I had a difficult time getting the right lower dishwasher rack sent to me at no additional cost. Had a not-so-pleasant experience. Clearly, someone at the warehouse was asleep. The size and weight of 1 shipment was totally wrong and it stated clearly on the lable it was a controller

Part not like old one and damaged in transit
I expected a part like the old one. The part I received was missing tines at the back. This is where the old rack is rusting tines away. So this new part does not resolve the issue. I am sending it back.

I would not buy this item again.
nothing about the dishwasher is a problem but I almost cancelled this order because you said I wouldn't get it for weeks. It came within a week, reasonable. 3-4 weeks not reasonable. You might want to update your website. If this dishrack wears out, I will buy a new dishwasher, not replace the rack.
