Got part 2 days after promised.received wrong part when I did get said part.sears is sending another part no charge. Putting in order number dosen't show shipping history.I was promised a certain day but very sceptical.we'll see.

good quality
I am the owner of a small engine repair shop, so the part was not a problem for me, It shouldnt be a problem for anyone else either. If you can take it apart you should be able too put it back together. Simple as that.

Priced right, and easy to install
Shipping cost was a bit high, but part was cheap enough. ~$17 total. Easy to install except the steering "tie rod" nut was a bit hard to grab on top. About 20 minutes total, and almost missed taking the old nylon washer off old part. You will need some grease on the replacement, and good opportunity to replace tire on rim if you want.
