Product shipping was awful
Not sure yet about the quality of the part. I can tell you about the shipping/handling. There was a nearly $15 charge to ship to me. When it arrived, the box looked like it came out of a dumpster. There was hardly a spot that was not all wrinkled up. 3 sides of the box were torn. When I opened it, the part was just setting in the box with no packing, or anything to protect the part. Honestly, it looked as though someone pulled the box out of the trash, threw the part in it, slapped a piece of tape on and sent it out. With the high cost of the part, I would have expected a more professional shipping experience. I doubt that I will buy from them again.

Easy to install
Determined pump failure, searched for part on Sear's website, verified via chat window and ordered. Took a week to get the park. Installed it without any hassles though. Washer is running well after install.

Very easy to install
I had the repair done in less than twenty minutes. Removing the back panel to gain access to the pump was much more time consuming than switching out the pump.

It was easy to install, it only took about 10 min. It took us longer to get the washer down to even get to the part then it did to install it.
