Washer hose
The part took months for me to receive and it was the wrong part which I placed over the phone with your phone agent. It was a waste of time and money. I am disappointed on how hard it is on getting replacement parts from Sears. Your employees aren't able to help you either and this is all of upper management fault. I blame the CEO for destroying Sears.
