Damaged in shipping
The part actually solved my issue perfectly and would have received a 5 star rating if both boxes if it had not been delivered damaged. Both boxes were pretty beat up and one of the rods was bent a little. I have been battling this issue for some time now, so I straightened the bent rod and installed them. Our washing machine works better than ever.
