Little disappointed with packaging

I've searched for over 2 years for this stovetop, and was so excited to finally find one! However - the package was damaged when it arrived to me, and the back left corner of the stovetop was smashed and dented towards the center of the stove. It sits crooked, and my grate doesn't sit level in it. It rattles terribly when I'm walking in my kitchen. I have to keep a piece of sponge under grate to keep it level. It's a little frustrating. It's better than my 15 yr old one, which was full of holes.
